The hotel was situated in a convenient location, close to many attractions. The staff at the reception were helpful and accommodating.
The mattress in the room was uncomfortable and in need of replacement. The room itself was in a poor condition, with visible flood damage and broken tiles in the bathroom.

I really liked this hotel. The location is excellent with good restaurants nearby and easy access to the underground. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe, with 2 pubs which made it even better. The staff were very friendly and offered a good service, and they even called a taxi service for our ride to the airport. The room was comfortable and had all the standard amenities like in-room safe, toiletries, tea/coffee facilities. The buffet breakfast was great too.
Really recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great stay at a cozy hotel in a great location. The complementary tea, coffee, and pastries were a nice touch. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and well decorated. we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel.

Great location near major transit. Quiet, safe neighborhood with good pubs. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Attentive and helpful staff. Nice continental breakfast.

The room was super clean and beautifully decorated, with modern amenities. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the Underground, the Victoria train station, and within walking distance to top landmarks in the city.

This hotel is located in a great area. You can easily walk to Victoria train station, and it's in the Belgravia neighborhood. You can even get down to the shops at Victoria station. Plus, the hotel is only 10 minutes from Buckingham palace. The room is cozy and well equipped, with modern, well-equipped bathrooms. The breakfast is delicious and filling. The staff is welcoming and eager to help, providing great service.
A bit hard to find at first.
